This is why I offer my expertise as a consultant for any organization that is willing to make a winning change.

Sports-specific Consultancy

While I find much meaning in applying performance culture to corporate organizations, my actual profession lies in sports psychology. The sports culture is changing into a culture where we can openly discuss issues, setbacks, and losses. The idea that a psychologist is only for those in crisis is slowly disappearing: psychology can help us thrive.

As a sports- and performance psychology expert, I can help your sports organization thrive by teaching about the mental capacities of athletes, both on and off the field. This type of consultancy can be applied as a top-down approach (teaching management and coaches) or as a bottom-up approach (teaching athletes).

Sports are mentally demanding, I want to help you find the tools to build resiliency in athletes.

And by the way, to teach you the lessons of sports psychology, I don’t need to be an expert on your specific sport. I only need to be an expert in the mental capacities needed for it.

Coaching

I love working with groups, but am aware that mental break-throughs mostly happen in safe spaces, which often is in 1-on-1 conversations. Using my 3+ years of coaching experience, I aim to help you find and work toward the best version of yourself. The path for this is individual and not set out before starting the conversation.
