I love working with groups, but am aware that most break-throughs happen in 1-on-1 settings. Using my 4 years of coaching experience, I aim to help you find and work toward the best version of yourself. The path for this is individual and not set out before starting the conversation.

I believe that mental fitness is intertwined with physical fitness, which is why I also work as a certified personal trainer working at Fysiek Health Club Utrecht.
In my personal training sessions, I can combine my interest for the psychology of winning with my passion for fitness to help clients improve on a mental and physical level.
My purpose in this job is to help people find their values and needs when it comes to health and fitness, and improve from these internally-regulated motivation sources.
